See where a hair transplant could help

Mark the areas where hair is thinning on an interactive map — scalp, beard or eyebrows — and see an indicative graft range the way a consultant would estimate it.

Mark your hair loss

Choose an area, describe what you see and get an indicative graft range — it takes about two minutes.

  2. Your situation
  3. Your plan
What would you like to map?

Choose any combination. Male and female scalp cannot be selected together.

This tool does not diagnose hair loss, confirm candidacy or quote a price. Graft numbers are indicative only; the examining surgeon decides the final plan. SpesHealth coordinates requests.

Before you decide

What to know before a hair transplant

A map gives a starting range. The final plan depends on your donor density, hair type and goals.

  • Donor supply sets the ceiling

Grafts come from your own permanent zone. A surgeon checks density, hair calibre and scalp laxity to see how many grafts it can safely give.

  • FUE and FUT suit different cases

Follicular unit extraction leaves tiny dot scars and no linear scar; strip harvesting can move more grafts in one sitting. Ask which technique fits your donor area and goal.

  • Results take months, not weeks

Transplanted hair sheds within weeks, then regrows gradually. Most people see meaningful density around month 6 to 9, with final results around month 12 to 18.

  • Compare the whole plan

Compare total grafts, number of sessions, technique and aftercare, not just the price per graft. Ask what happens if a second session turns out to be needed.

Hair transplant planner questions

How is the graft range calculated?
For male scalp, your map is matched to a Norwood class and its published first-session and total graft range. For beard and eyebrows, each marked zone adds its own range. Female scalp shows a pathway, not a graft number, because grafts are only one part of female hair loss care.
Why doesn’t the female map show a graft number?
Female pattern hair loss is usually diffuse rather than confined to a donor-safe pattern, so a graft estimate needs an in-person donor evaluation. The tool shows the usual next step for your Ludwig stage instead.
Are my map and photo saved?
No. The map and the photo analysis run in your browser and are not sent to SpesHealth or stored. If you choose to message us, only the summary you see goes with your message; you decide separately whether to attach the photo.
Does my Norwood or Ludwig class mean I need surgery?
No. The class only describes the pattern on your map. Whether a transplant makes sense, and when, is decided after an examination that looks at your donor area, scalp health and expectations.
What happens after I send a message?
A coordinator replies, asks for the photos and information the surgeon needs, and arranges a review at a partner hospital. Treatment decisions are made by the treating surgeon.
